Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- onion
- garlic
- carrots
- potatoes
- olive oil
- paprika
- cumin
- turmeric
- salt
- pepper
- olives
- lemon.
Instructions
- Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.
- Add chicken and spices
- cook until browned.
- Add carrots, potatoesand water
- Simmer for 40-50 mins.
- Add olives and lemon slices before serving.
