Tagine (Chicken & Vegetables)

Ingredients
  

  • Chicken thighs
  • onion
  • garlic
  • carrots
  • potatoes
  • olive oil
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • turmeric
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olives
  • lemon.

Instructions
 

  • Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.
  • Add chicken and spices
  • cook until browned.
  • Add carrots, potatoesand water
  • Simmer for 40-50 mins.
  • Add olives and lemon slices before serving.
