Ingredients
Chicken thighs
onion
garlic
carrots

olive oil

cumin
turmeric

olives
lemon.
Instructions
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil.
Add chicken and spices
cook until browned.
Add carrots, potatoesand water
Simmer for 40-50 mins.
Add olives and lemon slices before serving.
