Instructions
Make the Mascarpone Cream:
In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Add mascarpone cheese and mix until fully combined.
(Optional: Fold in heavy cream for a lighter texture.)
Prepare the Ladyfingers:
Quickly dip ladyfingers into cooled espresso (donβt soak them too long, or theyβll become mushy).
Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
Layer the Tiramisu:
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Add another layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.
Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture on top.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours (overnight for the best flavor).
Serve:
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder using a fine sieve.
(Optional: Garnish with shaved chocolate for extra richness.)
