Curry Spice Blend Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Ground cardamom
  • Hot chili powder adjust to your preferred spiciness level
  • Ground fennel
  • Black pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Cumin
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Ground anise
  • Ginger powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Ground fenugreek
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cloves
  • Vegetable oil a very small amount

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients: Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well until fully blended.
  • Toast the spices: Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over low heat. Add the spice mixture and stir gently until the spices release their aroma and are fully dry (be careful not to burn them).
  • Store the blend: Once cooled, transfer the spice blend into an airtight glass jar. Store it in a cool, dry place to maintain its flavor.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the quantities of each ingredient according to your taste. For example, increase the chili powder for a spicier mix or reduce it for a milder flavor.
For the best taste, use freshly ground spices.
