Spicy Chicken Strips (El Pollo Picante)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 egg + 1 tbsp water
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Shaker

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg and water in one bowl. Mix spices and cornflakes in another.
  • Dip chicken in egg, then coat with spiced cornflakes.
  • Bake at 400°F for 20-25 mins or air fry for 15 mins.
