Korean chili paste

Instructions
Mix soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and sesame seeds in a bowl to make the sauce.
Score the cleaned squid with diagonal cuts and coat with the sauce.
Grill or pan-fry the squid on medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until tender.
Slice into rings and serve as a main dish or snack.
